Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

I love and enjoy my experience every time I visit for my appointments. The dentist is so amazing at what he does that, it doesn’t even feel like I’m getting in my mouth worked on every staff. Member is amazing and very friendly however, there’s one named Paula she is the best. She is so full of life and even makes the experience even better and shout hygienist Scotty. She is amazing as well 10 out of 10 for me

I had an appointment scheduled at this dental after waiting several minutes for the receptionist to look up at me and stop texting on her phone I explained office that I unfortunately misplaced my insurance card. However, I had already uploaded my insurance information through their patient portal prior to the appointment. I also had a photo of the insurance card, front and back, along with my valid driver’s license with me. When I arrived, the person at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained the situation and offered to show her the photos of my insurance card and my ID, but she refused to even look at them and canceled my appointment. I understand that offices have policies and procedures, but there should also be some level of professionalism and common sense when dealing with patients. If my insurance information was already uploaded into the portal, and I had the information available on my phone, it seems like a simple phone call to the insurance company could have confirmed my coverage, along with verifying my identity. What is the point of asking patients to upload their information to the portal if the staff isn’t going to review or utilize it? I

Disappointing service and terrible communication I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of coordination at this office. They have had my dentures since last week, but told me they couldn't see me until Thursday. Hoping to get in sooner, I used the text booking service offered directly on their website. The system found an open slot and scheduled me for today (Tuesday). Shortly after, I got a call from the office saying they couldn't actually see me today and pushed me back to Thursday anyway. Why even offer an online text scheduling option if your system is completely inaccurate and you aren't going to honor the appointments? Meanwhile, I am left waiting for my dentures and forced to go out in public—including to my daughter's school—without my teeth. This is unprofessional, embarrassing, and shows a complete lack of care for patients' time and dignity. I expected much better.

BEST DENTIST EVER!!!! Been in severe pain for sometime now, needing to have a couple teeth pulled, but was looking for a dentist in my area accepting new patients with my insurance. I was able to make an appt. with this office online, at almost 5pm, and got a next day appt. at 10 a.m! Arrived at the office and was greeted by the very friendly and professional lady at the front desk, Karina. She checked me in and gave me the new pt. paperwork to fill out (only 2 pages), but as soon as I got my name filled in, I was called back. I was treated by the dental assistant Heather and the dentist Dr. Kioko. They were both AMAZING. Not only did they Let me know every thing they were getting ready to do, when the dentist went to insert the needle for numbing, she done this thing where she had me to take a deep breath and breath out all while she was jiggling my check and I never even felt the "LITTLE PINCH" they always warn you about that always turns out to be a "BIGGER STING/STABBING"feeling. ( I have never had a dentist do that before and I am now wondering why). Dr. Kioko pulled 3 teeth, had me stitched up and cleaned up before I even knew she had one tooth out. Im very unhappy with the service of this dentist. I had 2 teeth pulled 1 healed up good the other is not healing went back waited 1 hour just for the dentist to come in and tell me he can't do anything for me very rude I will never go back and would not recommend a dentist. that doesn't do anything to help you after you have a tooth pulled at his office. After I got home I pulled out the part of tooth they left in and tried to tell me it was my jaw bone
